The movie Girls, interrupted acts as the main source of inspiration in this collection. The two main protagonists, Susanna Kaysen and Lisa Rowe, are diagnoised with borderline personality disorder and socialpathic personality disorder respectively. My portrayal shows the reflections of their mental status. The collection is named after The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
